Hi, I’m Parker Palmieri — the owner of Palm REI.
I started Palm Real Estate Investments because I saw how complicated and frustrating selling land could be. Most landowners I’ve spoken with had been sitting on a piece of property for years, sometimes inherited, sometimes purchased and forgotten, and they weren’t sure where to start.
Real estate agents often aren’t interested in vacant land. Listing on Zillow rarely helps. And many landowners live in a different state from their property, making it even harder to deal with.
That’s where I come in. I buy land directly from owners, pay cash, and handle everything from the offer through closing. No agents. No listings. No fees.
