We Connect
The first step is a short conversation about the property. Call us at (480) 535-8227, e-mail parker@palmrei.com, or fill out our contact form. We’ll ask a few quick questions about your property.
02.
We Make you an offer
After a brief review of your property — location, size, public records, aerial maps — we’ll send you a written cash offer. If we already mailed you a letter, just let us know if it works for you. No obligation either way.
03.
Title and Closing Handled by Attorney
Once we agree on a price, we open a file with a licensed real estate attorney or title company in the state where your land is located. They handle the title search, prepare the deed, and make sure everything is recorded correctly.
04.
sign, close, get paid, done
When title is cleared and documents are ready, you sign — in person or remotely with a mobile notary. Once the deed is recorded, you receive your funds by wire transfer or check, whichever you prefer. Most closings take 3 to 6 weeks.
